The HydraLux, from Aquamatic Cover Systems, provides homeowners with an automatic pool cover without the need for tracks, ropes or leading edge bars found on traditional automatic systems. It's 'Euro-slat' style system uses sealed, extruded polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) slats to create a buoyant floating pool cover, which can be cut to fit any shape or size swimming pool. Although it is not a safety cover, it can be installed in a many versatile ways to meet the requirements of most design configurations. Water features, such as laminars and spa overflows can run while the cover is closed. Slats come in four standard colours, including white, tan, grey and light blue, with optional solar slats (clear top/black bottom) and clear slats (for indoor pool installations) also available.
