We believe in having the same tech visit the same spa or pool week after week thus allowing them to become familiar with each individual pool or spa. This helps us to identify quicker and easier and problems with a spa or pool from a pump sounding different to the water level of a pool being at an unusual level. All the training and repeated visits to the same clients give our technicians a personal connection to their work and allow them the pride and achievement when clients call in positive reviews knowing it was their work that made the client happy. Moreover if an issue with a spa or pool arises we have the ability to go back through our service records along with the firsthand accounts of our technicians to quickly and properly fix the issue. On the pool side we will work with a client and landscape company from the beginning of the dream of a pool. We cover all angles at the start as to the best shape and lay out for the best overall flow between pool and backyard. We provide many options when it comes to accents to the pool, whether it is the setup and installation of a remote system to control everything about your pool, to waterfalls or deck jets or many other accessories. Once a pool is built and up and running we pride ourselves on our service from opening the pool to weekly, bi weekly and monthly service depending on the needs of the client, to closing the pool at the end of the season. All while leaving the property pristine and beautiful as if we have never been there. We are especially proud of our own special combination of chemicals that can take a just opened green pool and have it clear within 24 hours. We also offer a range of robotic pool cleaners that work with any size or shape of pool. We have ones that strictly do just the wall and bottom or do the walls and bottom along with skimming the top of the pool. Once a pool robot is purchased one of our friendly staff will come over and be happy to install and set up the robot along with a lesson to help the client use the robot themselves. We are not afraid of a challenge and will work hard to find any leak in your pool if it a leak in the line and having to use our leak detection system or a liner issues we will be able to come up with a solution to fix the problem. We offer services from weekly, bi weekly and monthly that best suit our client’s lifestyle whether it is a busy weekend of skiing or a quiet day on their sun filled patio. Within a service call our technicians will balance the water, clean the filter, scrub the water line and shovel the snow around the tub if the season calls for it. They are experienced in assessing all hot tub issues for leaks in the plumbing to malfunctioning pumps to electrical issues. We believe communication is key and will have an open dialogue with the client about an issue before any steps are taking. We are not afraid to recommend a more expensive idea if we know in the long wrong it will save the client money as opposed to a band aid solution that will only end causing more problems.
